Andy Kotelnicki coming back?
-
Yeah. I love his offensive play calling.
-
Yeah, gonna be interesting to see how they shuffle the positions. Andy has done some OL coaching but I think it’s been a long time. Maybe they don’t renew Samuel and Lubick takes over WRs
-
That's really good news to hear , he always had something special -- constant movement at same time very confusing to defenses a lot of time's
--- Welcome Back -
Very happy about this. My best guess is that he was limited by Franklin in what he could do with the offense at PSU. Franklin had a history of protecting his job by firing a coordinator every year or two. I suspect that Franklin micro managed and meddled in what his coordinators did. So, the offense is taken care of. Now, what about the D? And, BTW with the new title (which he needed for his resume), it would be a good guess to assume that a transition plan is in place: Lance coaches five more years then Andy takes over.

Great news but if they can't improve the conditioning and the defense it won't matter

@wissox83 sounds like someone in authority said "hey Lance, get it figured out right now or make sure your Samsonite is roadworthy"
-
I think this is positive news for sure, I’m hearing he is going to be an associate head coach and pretty much the HC in waiting if it goes well. I still have a ton questions about our roster and likely will til game one.

Sounds like you know the movie. We live near many of the famous sites from the movie. We drive by the "Aragon" ballroom where the big concert is, called the South Shore Cultural Center, The "I've seen the light church" is still there looking like it did in the movie, the draw bridge is 95th street over the Calumet river and when the car lands in the background you can see Calumet Fisheries, an amazing seafood place without tables, except a picnic table outside over looking the industrial river. I've treated my gal to dates there to the picnic table a few times. Jake and Elwood mural on a fence by the restaurant.
