The mindset for this game could not have been more wrong. We were hesitant, unsure...over thinking and not nearly physical enough.

But it's also the worst shooting performance I can recall for a KU team and that goes back to Ted Owens teams.. and some of those teams were not good.

But they held us under 50.. So there's that.

There are no positives from this game. The team looked like they are ready to be done with the season. Hard to see anything other than a first weekend exit.

@BeddieKU23 I know the next coach won't be as successful but I think it's probably time. Also I hope the next coach is more of a "players coach".

let dp chuck 40 shots in the first weekend fuck it. At least I'll be more entertained then seeing the weave slop that we do every possession

just saw this was the fourth time in five games that we've shot under 40%....quite frankly I am ready for new ideas. When you have the potential #1 pick in the nba draft and the sheer gravity he generates on the basketball court, it should not be this hard to create open looks or score the basketball.

I still think you can’t move on until you’ve got a guarantee. I do not want a Mick Cronin situation.
And I genuinely don’t think KU has the money to move on. So there’s that.

Anyone else wake up just ticked off? March used to be one of if not my favorite month of the year for the last 30 years. For the second year in a row I’m not even remotely excited to watch basketball. I may very well pick Kansas to lose in the opening round, something I’d never done or hardly even thought about prior to last season. Kansas basketball has become depressing to me and that’s sad.
