Word on the street is that the ncaa is trying to take out Paul Mbiya. Anyone know how likely they are to succeed?

The Mbiya thing is all part of the proposed big bill to rule over college sports.
One of the components is no player who has received payment for play as a pro is eligible (basically with some give or take).
It has a loooong way to go to pass, if it does.
So, no current danger i'd guess.
And just to be clear, Paul Mbiya played professionally for money in France.

Kentucky got a big boost tonight with Momcilovic committing to them for next season.

Hopefully that just means UK stays just good enough to not pull the trigger on firing Pope for how ever many years Self has left. Would be nice to not have them drive up the price of a coach when he retires
