Following Self is daunting.
Next coach will look at the Self's winning percentage, B12 titles, Tournament Titles and wonder: "If that wasn't good enough, how will I keep this job?"
Whoever it is will probably need to do what Jon Scheyer has done in his first four seasons-- 3 ACC tournament titles, multiple sweet 16 appearances and a National Title game appearance.

His impact on the program is undeniable.

Looks like there will be no announcement this week Even though bill put out a statement saying that information that's coming out is bad information and there's no time frame of a decision so that doesn't mean that he's not thinking about it

True, but I will note it took more than 20 years before that was evident.
In the years that followed, I mostly recall wondering: "Why couldn't Roy do that when he was here?" I especially had that thought when he won a championship... all three times.
