At least it was a whole bunch of stupid plays by a lot of guys rather than a couple by just one goat. Teamwork makes the nightmare work!

I’m a little bit frustrated at the officiating I feel like the refs had a meeting and said we have to watch the chiefs very close because they are tired of seeing the tweets and such. I’m not gonna say the chiefs didn’t shoot themselves in the foot but man they missed a good number of calls on Denver in this one. I think you cut Butker at this point, he’s become too unreliable the last two years.

Boy did Mahomes F that one up near the end. Taking that sack to put the Chiefs out of reasonable FG range was total amateur hour. Throw it away, idiot! Some inexcusable penalties really cost em.

Yep.
I think the most annoyed I have been by a game since something KU related. Probably the TCU game in 22. Stuff like the Seahawks game, they were just clearly the better team that day and it's w/e. This one, it felt like the Chiefs were the better team and pissed it away.

@mayjay the funniest thing about that is Taylor hasn’t been called for a false start all year tho he still jumps early every time. Since 2018 the chiefs are the 3rd most penalized team in the league. Rough day for the chiefs get all the calls crowd for sure.

It’s amazing the amount of people calling for Reid’s job today. I didn’t agree with most the play calls in the 4th quarter. I’m big on to extend the lead or take the lead always kick the FG. But when your kicker is the most inaccurate in the NFL for back to back years and it’s raining? I’d think with 2:30 to go in the game with arguably the best running back in the NFL with 4th and less than two yards to go. I’m going for it with K9 in that situation. Honest question here has Patrick Mahomes and Co saved Andy Reid to make him what he is? Last night looked Philly Reid. Which was a solid coach but he was notorious for being terrible in late game situations and clock management. We have seen a lot of that the last few seasons.
