Made For March

I hate that I feel the need to justify my posts and attitudes but here we go.
There is an excellent docuseries on Paramount + called Made For March. I've only seen the first two episodes so far, but it's very informative and very well done. It follows Kansas and Michigan through the past season. Please watch if you are able.
In the first episode, at around the 8:45 mark, Bill Self says what I've been saying for a while. (Paraphrase) That Kansas now is not the Kansas that everyone is used to. He says the past two seasons (ending 2025 and 2024) were the worst since he's been in Lawrence. He emphasized "We haven't been in the game! " The narrator goes on to say that they were the worst two seasons in the past 40 years.
Anyway, watching this show is softening some of my hard edges, but I, personally was glad to see that segment with Self.

@nuleafjhawk why do you hate that you feel that way? Means you’re a conscientious communicator. Nothing is screwed here dude, all very healthy imo. I would never ban you btw. I thought about taking offense to that insinuation and then thought nahhhh this too shall pass. Take it easy dude, whatever is giving us angst on any given minute, hour, day, week, month, season, year, decade, century… this too shall pass. Its just a matter of how long we have to wait. Its good to have hobbies, its good to engage, its good to check out, its all good. Let it breathe.

And I completely agree with you on your point, but thats not why I wouldnt ban you haha

I've watched it. It's well done. I think CBS/Paramount picked these programs to follow based on their likelihood of making a deep run in march.
WRT KU, not a whole lot was new for me, but it was interesting to see some behind the scenes.
The documentary picked a player from each program to shadow and that was Darren P for KU and Yaxle L for Michigan. I felt there was striking contrast between these two players-- Yaxel allowed a great deal of transparency and access to his family, while Darren seemed guarded and less personable, with no reference to his family. There was also some interesting parallels / differences between Self and May. Worth a watch.
Last episode drops April 18. Will feature post-season, which should be a rollicking fun ride for Wolverine fans.
