Dang Farmer you believe we have a shot for Brinkley ? - That would a very nice addition. I’m tellin you Coach & staff sure knew what they needed for sure and that was - - " HELP " & lots of it in the defensive back field - -Edge . with the commits we got assuming and hoping we can hang onto these guys our Defense will be much improved in the next year or two for sure - -as a matter of fact I would be willing to bet it’s gonna be ugly good before long, that Defensive Backfield gonna be mean ugly. - - -big time hitters , GUYS THAT CAN CLOSE, FAST. , & when they hit ya -your gonna know you have been hit.
You think we have a shot a Marsh ? = =I do, now not overly confident but still I think we are right there with Penn St -I still get this feel too although being said KU/Penn St - -don’t count out Michigan St.
Having said that there is an individual from TOS I’m sure you know who I’m talking about, had been pumping info on Mich Kids to us and he has been pretty dam spot on with all the Michigan kids - -he says we are in it yet its neck and neck with Penn St - but he says he wouldn’t be surprised to see him piuck KU - - fingers crossed buddy - - , guess we find out Friday - - -ROCK CHALK

Oh yeah if Dak wants to shut it down before the season I think it’ll be us. But if it goes on we’ll fill up before.

Well we can always hope, but kinda like you too , deep down. - - One thing about it, I think our WR is in good enough shape I like the ones we got but man he would be HUGE

Buddy all I can say is - - -WOW I’ve neve in my 69 yrs remember a class such as this — -HUGE MASSIVE pick up . - -BUT remember this is Coach L & staffs weakness - - he can’t recruit lmao. Agree long time till December - -hope they stick. This Defense COULD gt really Ugly nasty good ina year or two

If KU could get a pipeline out of Katy HS, then holy hell on some of the players KU could get from there. For those who know nothing about HS football in Texas, Katy is the biggest powerhouse in the Houston area and is a toss up with Southlake Carroll for most dominant program in the state at the 6A level. Each of those schools has won 8 state titles in football which is tied for most at the highest classification level on Texas amd tied for second most overall.

Buddy this class is on the verge of insane. these guys recruiting Bogo too and some said kind of interesting Bogo tweeted out as soon as Brinkly committed- -showed Bogo in Ku uni at this point with this staff I’ll neve say never to anyone - - including Marsh.
Matt Tait stated and have to agree, Brinkley is the type of player that could open the flood gates for other players in the future too. I don’t care what we have to do we have to make sure w hang onto this staff as to where they don’t want to leave. L says upgrade the Stadium - -we DO IT- - he says give raises to his assistants - -w DO IT - but dammit Leipold can’t recruit -that’s his weakness remember – I call BS

It’s going to be a long wait until initial signing day on February 7, 2024. 7 months for other programs to get into our verbals’ ears.

WOW, got to give Major props. Score one for the good guys. - - - -I mean this happens all the time, it’s just that you don’t see these results alot.
Harrison Utley one of our commits is from Oklahoma, he said growing up it was his life dream to go to OU. - -Well Harrison, recently received a offer from OU to play football since committing to KU - it happens , anyway Harrison said as much as he appreciated the offer that he was here to re-affirm his commitment to KU
Harrison said he believes in the KU Coach’s & he believes in the program and the way it was going and wanted to be a part - he is staying put. now not to say that’s going to keep OU for trying again BUT just class from the kid , earned my respect for sure- -just don’t see that especially here at KU. hope this will be the way with the rest of the guys when other. schools come in and try to flip them. Things such as this just make me feel good. - -hope w can hold this lass together. other guys put on notice - - Harrison believes hope you do too. - Says a lot for the staff they gotta really be selling the program

Farmer , looks lik we are in on ANOTHER Desert Edge CB for 2025 - guess he is suppose to be one of the best CB’S in the Nation. - - Jamar Beal Goines , you would think with all the other Desert Edge we have coming sure the hell couldn’t hurt. - -Le them be his guys that he is with while on his vist in the future. - What ya think ? - -have you heard anything on him yet ?

@jayballer67 it definitely can’t hurt. It’s soooo early with 2025s it’s just hard to say. They can’t even really be recruited yet so time will tell. But it won’t hurt to have three DUDES talking up KU all season.

Farmer, my friend , looks lie were not out of it quite ye. - -We are in it till the fat lady sings and right now she is nowhere to be seen.
Read where Kansas # 1 rated player Micheal Bog- is going to make his vist to KU at the end o the month the staff has invited him to a BBQ they are having , MB stated that probably KU had been the School tht recruited him the hardest , and that KU probably was the School that showed him the most love , and how all the recruits had reached out /tweeted him.
Ya I understand chances are pretty slim BUT - - - - - - hey we have a chance, a couple are saying the longer this plays out, they feel the better our chances- Come out guns blazin at the BBQ. - Any thoughts buddy. Fat Lady not here just yeet. Would be a huge pick up

Understand, tht’s the big thing , we have to win, we have to continue to show improvement , competitiveness , for these other recruits to take notice. - All w can do is try , -and no doubt like you say all chambers locked and loaded-would be sweet and even sweeter P - - - - - g little bro down the road off lol

That’s always good to hear, then w just got to get ahead of OU. - Read some said they think if he was super interested in OU he would of committed in the Spring. -I’m beginning to think it’s either us or K/State

I know repeating myself but once again I can’t stress enough how much Coach L impresses me -The guy has just got it , you can really tell how invested he is in this program. Every time he speaks just like - - he gets it , was talking about what the new weight room means to the program - - the players and such and talking about how it effects KU in the future, and how it helps recruiting - -Guy is just Class . Rubs off on his staff too , Coach Gildersleeve was all giddy about his ne weight room explaining the benefits of it- - things looking up with this group for sure.

Hey Farmre or anyone as far s that goes, has anyone heard ANYTHING lately on the Boganowski front? - -Been really , really, quiet , strangely quiet.
Unless I’ve missed something on him , this has drug out a lot longer then expected. - Everyone thought he was a lock for K/State, being right in their backyard, still noting, I mean he still could end up there. - -Then oh it was Oklahoma - -well if he was so locked into Oklahoma why hasn’t he committed yet ?
It’s crazy cause this is thing me he is still not that convinced on either program , the longer this drags out I think our chances are getting better , & better. - Anybody heard anything at all /rumor what ?

Mercy was watching Red - -that is a big boy, someone said another version of HiShaw. - - Good luck stopping this kid , listed at 200 but looks thicker then that for sure, very quick. looks like a type of player that would seek out contact - -but no one laid a hand on him so can’t tell for sure lol. - -like I said 200 listed runs a 4.53 - -forty - and listed as a11.03 Hundred - looks a little faster then that --doesn’t matter that much the kid is quick and will run you over
If like another poster posted if they can get him to to around 210-220 and get some time in the S & C -we got a Monsta.

Boganoski right ? --well if by chance it comes down to Ku K/State might be a boost for us with strong rumor of Klieman might end up at Michigan State. I read an article that was talking he might be one of the top three candidates for the job

Exactly. I don’t buy the Klieman to MSU chatter at all. His BFF is the AD at KSU so he has security as long as he wants it. Now if Kirk Farentz retires at the end of the year…

ya, the big boys been knockin on his door. So far his tweet outs have still been positive KU. I think the one thing is , isn’t he part of that group from dessert edge out of Michigan coming together ? - - Might be enough to keep him
